This week our amazing Grounds Maintenance team is attempting to aerate our greens. Weather permitting, aeration will be started today or tomorrow. The team is using an aerating technique that supports quick "healing" so our greens should be back to their usual fantastic shape quite quickly.
Green aeration affects which holes can be played (some may not be open) while the treatment is happening so we will be adjusting tee off times, the first tee hole, and which holes can be played during this critical course maintenance procedure. And our beautiful greens will be recovering for a few days - our Grounds Maintenance Superintendent calls it "open heart surgery" (!!) - we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.
If the weather does not cooperate today, our team will try again on Tuesday and Wednesday.
