Starting January 12, between 4 and 6 pm, join Tracey Babb Pike from True Touch Therapy, for a Men’s Yoga Class. We will be keeping COVID-19 safe and maintaining regulations and guidelines. Therefore, we will be accepting only 10 participants. The series runs for 7 weeks and with good interest, classes will continue in March/April, May/June and beyond.

In this men’s class we will learn and practice better breathing habits to disable stress response. You will practice mindful movement as we warm the body, creating more mobility, strengthening small muscles, and stretching all the large tight ones. At the end of each class we practice a mediation. You will leave feeling better. You’ll see improvements in your balance, mobility, flexibility and golf swing.  😊
