We are so excited to be welcoming Mike Loewen, our new Head Professional, to our Morningstar team! Mike officially started on Monday, March 27th and enjoyed a sunny start to his first day (aren’t all our days sunny here at the coast?)
Mike comes to us from the Okanagan where he was the Head Professional at Sunset Ranch Golf and Country Club since 2016. He was also HP at Canoe Creek (now called Shuswap National) and Assistant Professional at Predator Ridge. A Class A PGA member since 2012, Mike brings a tremendous set of skills and invaluable experience to Morningstar. In his spare time, he has also been very involved in coaching junior hockey. We couldn’t be happier he has chosen Morningstar to be his new “home”. If you have the chance, stop in to the Golf Shop and give him a warm, Oceanside welcome! Great to have you on team Morningstar, Mike!
