Women’s Golf Day

Morningstar Golf Club is proud to be the sole host of Women’s Golf Day on Vancouver Island!

Saturday May 31st, 2025, at 3pm

This year’s Women’s Golf Day (WGD) marks a significant milestone, representing ten years since the launch of the annual event that has helped to provide women around the world with the opportunity to try golf no matter their race, religion, language, geography, or economic status.

Women’s Golf Day is an international event held at golf courses all over the world. WGD’s mission is to engage, empower, and support girls and women through golf offering a simple and accessible platform from which players can build or deepen an interest in the game.

Women’s Golf Day is a red and white themed event, and we would be delighted if you would join us by wearing these colors on Saturday! Make your own group or sign up and be paired with others.

Our event includes:

  • Two options to choose from; 9 holes of golf or Lesson & Instruction
  • Welcome gift
  • A social evening with a special guest speaker
  • Culinary Artistry and delightful refreshments
  • Event prizes, Draws & Raffle

We want to encourage involvement within the community, inspire others and celebrate women in golf! This day represents the support of both mental and physical well-being, building friendships and it’s a fantastic way to build meaningful connections
