Chef David has wowed diners in a variety of Vancouver Island restaurant settings, impressing everyone with his creative interpretations of classic dishes and imaginative new recipes. His opening menu includes comforting favourites, farm fresh salads, delicious flatbreads, and handhelds like his 525 Steak Sandwich and Blue Bison Burger. Rave reviews are already rolling in!
